バップ AI 계정 삭제 요청
앱을 설치하지 않았거나 로그인할 수 없어도, 이 페이지에서 밥 AI 계정과 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
바로 삭제할 수 있는 경우
앱 또는 웹에 로그인할 수 있으면 아래 경로에서 즉시 삭제하세요.
- 앱: 하단 탭 → 프로필 → 계정 삭제
- 웹: 마이페이지 → 계정 삭제
If you can sign in, delete immediately using one of the paths below.
- App: Profile tab → Delete account
- Web: My Page → Delete account
앱·웹에 들어갈 수 없을 때
아래 정보를 보내 주세요. 로그인 없이 요청할 수 있고, 접수일부터 15일 이내에 처리합니다.
메일 앱이 열리지 않으면 support@bapai.app으로 계정 이메일을 보내 주세요.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보 (이메일, 소셜 로그인 식별자, 프로필)
- 식단 기록 및 음식 사진
- 신체 정보
- AI 분석 결과 및 코칭 내역
법령에 따라 남는 데이터
- 계약·청약철회·결제 기록: 5년
- 소비자 불만·분쟁 기록: 3년
- 표시·광고 기록: 6개월
- 서비스 이용 로그: 3개월
계정 삭제는 스토어 구독 해지가 아닙니다. App Store / Google Play에서 결제한 구독은 각 스토어에서 해지하세요. 웹에서 결제한 Pro는 마이페이지 또는 support@bapai.app으로 해지·환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
Data we delete
- Account information (email, social login identifier, profile)
- Meal logs and food photos
- Body information
- AI analysis results and coaching history
Data retained as required by law
- Contract, withdrawal, and payment records: 5 years
- Consumer complaint or dispute records: 3 years
- Labeling and advertising records: 6 months
- Service usage logs: 3 months
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel App Store / Google Play subscriptions in the store. For Pro paid on the web, cancel on My Page or email support@bapai.app.
